We welcome international guests with a complimentary private transfer. We can meet you at Istanbul Airport, bring you to our showroom, and take you afterwards to your preferred destination. Or we can pick you up from your chosen location, bring you to the showroom, and leave you at the airport afterwards.

Is the airport transfer really complimentary?
Yes. We provide a complimentary private transfer for guests visiting our showroom from Istanbul Airport or from an agreed nearby location.
Can you take me somewhere after the showroom visit?
Yes. After your visit, we can take you back to Istanbul Airport or to your preferred destination, as agreed when you book.
Can I take the rug on my flight?
Depending on its size and your airline’s baggage allowance, you may be able to travel with the rug as checked baggage. We can also arrange secure shipping if that is more convenient.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking in advance so that we can meet you personally and arrange the transfer around your flight or travel schedule.
